Login Problems?

If you know your login information but the website doesn't seem to accept it, the problem may be that your browser is set up to block cookies. The usual symptom of this is that when attempting to login you repeatedly get returned to the login page. Here's how you can check for this and correct it.
Using Internet Explorer:
Pull down your Tools menu and click on Internet Options. In the pop-up that appears, click on the Privacy tab and look at the setting there. If the slider is up at the top, your cookies are being blocked; pull it down to any level below the top, apply the setting, and try again.

Using Mozilla or Netscape 7:
Pull down the Edit menu and click on Preferences. In the pop-up that appears, expand the Privacy and Security item in the left-hand panel, then click on the Cookies item under it. If the top button under Cookie Acceptance Policy is selected, this is the cause of the problem. Select any of the other buttons in that group, click the OK button, and try again.

Using Mozilla Firefox:
Pull down the Tools menu and click on Options. In the popup that appears, select the Privacy tab. About halfway down this panel is the Cookies section; make sure the checkbox "Accept cookies from sites" is checked, then click OK and try again.
