For the New Site Facilitator
To
register your site to receive the program, you must first register
as a site facilitator. Site facilitators are vital
to this Public Health Grand Rounds program. They are responsible
for ensuring that the downlink site is open and available
on the day of the broadcast. It is also expected that participants
will contact site facilitators before the broadcast if they
have questions or want to confirm their attendance.
To register, click on New
Site Facilitator in the left column on this
page. You will provide some information and be asked
to select a facilitator ID and password. Be sure to
keep a record of your ID and password--you will need
them to update your site, check on registrants to your
site, and register your site for future programs.
After you register
as a facilitator, you will be prompted to register your
site(s) so that participants can register to attend.
You will be asked for information
about your site, such as location, capacity, whether registration
is open to anyone or specific groups, etc.

For the Returning Site Facilitator
If you have
already registered as a facilitator, either for a
previous Grand Rounds program or for this one, click on Returning
Facilitator Login in the left column on
this page. You will need the ID and password you
chose when you registered. Once you've logged in,
you will be able to register a new site or update an
existing site for the current program.
