Breast cancer screening is our strongest
and most proven weapon in the fight against breast cancer. Its success
has been built upon outreach, education, and research. This Public
Health Grand Rounds will feature an exemplary case of how a screening
program can save lives. We will discuss the challenges of screening
programs and the strategies implemented to meet them. Join us as
we find answers and ask new questions about this important public
health issue.

To promote a leadership-level national
dialogue on breast cancer screening and the outreach efforts of state
and local public health agencies.

follow-up procedure to a positive breast cancer screening

assure high-quality mammography in your community.

issues related to breast cancer screening.

increase awareness of breast cancer and improve the
life expectancy of women at risk.
